The ANTIFOAM Series includes of automatic in-line bottling machines for filling liquid and semi-liquid products. The series is ideal for foaming products. Easy user interface, with high-resolution color LCD touch screen.

The ANTIFOAM Series is equipped with special filling and safety systems that guarantee quality precision and continuous and trouble-free operation in small or larger production lines. Machines of this series are already in use in several detergents, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals etc. industries.

Dosing

• Volumetric Dosing Pumps operating with variable speed.
  
  
• Micrometric adjustment of dose during machine operation.
  
  
• Filling with two independent speeds, one (fast) for 3/4 of the quantity and one (slow) for the rest 1/4, so that high production rates are achieved, avoiding product overflows and spillages.
  
  
• Filling capability:
  • with 1 litre cylinders:
    • from 300 ml to 1 lt with a single stroke and
    • from 1 lt to 10 lts with multiple strokes.
  • with 500 ml cylinders:
    • from 50 ml to 500 ml with a single stroke and
    • from 500 to 5000 ml with multiple strokes.
      
      
• Mechanically driven Dosing Pumps.

Filling

• Filling heads with nozzles that dive at the bottom of the bottle and either rise along with the surface of the liquid being filled or remain sank during the filling, depending of the nature of the product.
  
  
• Bottle height is set automatically from the touch screen control panel.
  
  
• Pneumatically driven filling nozzles with stepping motion.
  
  
• Drip-free nozzle system, with automatic, pneumatically operated, nozzle valves.
