GPM/1000 machines are automatic or semi-automatic bottling machines of low-cost and simple operation. They are of high standards with regard to accuracy and safety and are suitable for filling liquids and semi-liquids.

They "come from" the automatic series GPM/AF, from which they have borrowed the principle of operation and all dosing parts.

Machines of this series are already in use in several detergent, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals etc. industries.

Dosing

• Volumetric, variable size, dosing pumps, with 2 nozzles for filling 2 bottles simultaneously.

  • with 1 litre cylinders:
    • from 300 ml to 1 lt with a single stroke and
    • from 1 lt to 10 lts with multiple strokes.
  • with 500 ml cylinders:
    • from 50 ml to 500 ml with a single stroke and
    • from 500 to 5000 ml with multiple strokes.
      
      
• Mechanically driven Dosing Pumps.
  
  
• Variable filling speed, controlled by inverter.
