The Little David LD-16 provides low cost, fully automatic top and bottom case sealing for applications involving large runs of boxes of the same size. Box size adjustments can be made in less than a minute.

The LD-16 provides continuous, high-speed case sealing operation without operator assistance. Unsealed, filled boxes of the same size are automatically sequenced into the machine one at a time via an indexing gate

The LD-16 closes all four top flaps and applies pressure sensitive tape to the top and bottom simultaneously. Rollers wipe down the pressure sensitive tape securely and the box is discharged from the machine, while the next box is automatically sequenced into the LD-16.

If production drops bellow the high-speed maximum, the machine simply waits for the next box.
