G2/Series
G2 series includes automatic, in-line, filling, sealing and capping machines for creamy or pasty products. They are ideal for, any shape, thick walled, plastic, glass or metal containers. Apart from their special filling, sealing and capping systems they have also installed safety systems, which together guaranty quality and precision as well as continuous and trouble-free operation. Machines of this series are in use in industries such as food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical.
Dosing & Filling
- Automatic in-line operation.
- Volumetric dosing pump of variable size.
- Micrometric dose adjustment.
- Two filling heads of adjustable size, from 40cc to 3000cc (depending on the filling range desired).
- Two exchangeable filling nozzles.
- Pneumatic drive of dosing pump.
- Inlet tank (60lt), with level detector.
- Dosing accuracy greater than ± 0,15%.
Sealing & Capping
- The machine may be equipped with various devices for placing and sealing of aluminum foil and/or placing of plastic press-on cap.
- Automatic foil and/or cap feeding.
- Automatic thermo sealing head of adjustable temperature and sealing force.
- Automatic capping, for plastic containers, with press-on caps, following foil sealing.
Safety Precautions
- up detection system at all machine stations.
- 6-point detection system that stops the operation of the machine and puts it on hold, in the case of:
- cup, foil or lid absence,
- filled cup non-removal,
- any abnormality to the motors.

G2/series machines can fill all liquids, semi-liquids and creamy products, in any shape, thick walled, plastic, glass or metal containers.
They can place and seal aluminum foils and additionally can place plastic lids as well.
They are already in use, in the food and cosmetics industries, for filling:

Other Characteristics
