ETI Series comprises of automatic labellers ideal for
large productions and high precision applications.
They are designed in such way, so they are modular and can
be modified or upgraded from one version to another
fast and easily. Changing, between versions, does not require technician's
presence, and be easily achieved directly from the machine operator.
Equipped with advanced electronic devices, the ETI/series machines
can guaranty quality and precision labelling of even the most
peculiar shaped labels. They are already in use in several cosmetics,
food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals etc. industries.

Automations |
- Automatic storage of label's length.
- Automatic halt of the heads, when reel runs out.
- Automatic halt of the heads, in case of de-synchronization
of label's step.
- Automatic synchronization of all label heads, peripheral devices
and conveyor belt.
- Synchronization is controlled by a central electronic unit,
which adjusts to the whole range of speed, without the need for
further corrections by the operator.

- Micrometric adjustment systems, for regulating head's
position, with respect to all three axis.
- Capacity sensors, for transparent labels.
- Orienting device (orbiter), for containers with elliptical
or curved sides.
- Separating device, for regulating the space between
the containers.
- Hold-Down device, for holding the containers in position
when applying side labels.
- Wrap-around device (60mm wide) for applying labels on
the cylindrical containers.
- Thermal transfer Printer (SATO), adjusted on the head,
for printing on the label.
- Electronic control device, for automatic synchronization
of all the devices of the machine by a single regulator.
- Collection table Φ800, with independent and adjustable
drive, controlled via inverter.

Other Characteristics |
- Labelling heads with microprocessors.
- Each head is equipped with a 2 line, 16 characters LCD display
and programming keys.
On the monitor appear the label counter and labelling speed (pieces/minute),
using the keys one can:
- program the offset and delay of labeling, as well as
- store various different types of labels, together with
their parameters (offset, delay etc.)
- High precision labelling, with auto-correction system,
when belt's speed is altered.
- All devices are driven by stepping motors and advanced electronics'
systems.
